Coach Bryan has over 20 years in the sport. Growing up Life moved fast, stability was rare, and nothing ever felt permanent — except boxing. He first put on gloves at just five years old, and from that moment on, the sport became his foundation.
A huge part of Bryan’s journey began with his stepfather, Willie Brown, who became both his trainer and mentor. Together they trained anywhere they could: local parks, open blacktops, and even their own garage that they turned into a small boxing gym. Those early days built the grit, discipline, and toughness that shaped Bryan both inside and outside the ring.
By his teenage years, boxing had already taken him across the country. With over 200 amateur bouts, Bryan learned not just how to fight — but how to grow, how to lead, and how to overcome. Boxing became more than a sport; it became the reason he stayed focused and the tool that kept him on the right path through some of life’s hardest challenges.
Today, as the founder and head coach of Top Team Boxing Club in Green Bay, Bryan is committed to giving that same opportunity to the next generation. His mission is simple:
Create a safe, disciplined, community-driven space where kids and adults can learn, grow, and gain confidence — regardless of their background or financial situation.
His long-term goal is to make youth training 100% free, ensuring every child has access to the sport that changed his life. Every membership, every sponsor, and every class helps support that mission.
Coach Bryan believes in hard work, heart, and building champions in and out of the ring — and he’s ready to bring that same energy to every member who walks through the doors of Top Team Boxing Club.
